001:A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
002:He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
003:He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
004:Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

God’s leading is all you need to get to the peak of your endeavors in life. God is interested in your affairs. So, he wants us to commune with him that is why we need to hear from him. Imagine you in a room where there are tables and chairs set before you for over an hour. And suddenly, there was light outage. And everywhere is so dark that you couldn’t see. I know and know that you will hit your legs against some chairs causing injury. Light is so important that you cannot do without in the physical realm talk less of the spiritual realm. Just as light functions as the lead for us to see in the dark so is it very important for us to have God’s divine leading.
Imagine again, if there is no eye on the body of a man, how will life be? Can I hear you say “frustrating”? What the eye represents is what the light represents also. Without the eyes, many things will be upside down.
We need the divine guidance and leading of God in our everyday life. We need it for a successful Christian living. Do you know that the decisions you make yesterday have the impact and take you to where you are today? The decisions we make yesterday truly reflects today. Most decisions have implications and repercussions. Some implications are life long and some are for a while.
As mature beings, we hardly see beyond our noses. We don’t see beyond what our eyes can see. But God is not concern with that because you don’t have to see it. Since he is leading, all you need is to follow: HE TAKE CARE OF THE REST. Certain choices, steps, and decisions we make cause us to be where we are today. This is why we need his divine guidance. The leading and guiding of God is very crucial to our daily living.
We make thousands if not millions of decisions everyday. Some are mere decisions that we can get away with. Some are very crucial that they sooner or later, they affects us in the future. So, let’s go to the core topic.
HOW DO WE ACCESS GOD’S DIVINE GUIDANCE?
- Desiring to be guided by God.
God is willing to lead you if only you are willing to follow. I mean if you are willing to obey. Imagine this as a parent. A stubborn child cannot obey the words of his father if he didn’t care, desire to do the words of his father. The bible says a ways seems right to a man: let’s take a look of that scripture in the bible.
Proverbs 14: 12
Crave for that guidance. Don’t follow what your mind or body is telling you. DESIRE IT!
- Engaging in the power of fasting and praying.
Do you remember the saying of the sage: if wishes are horse, beggars would ride? Now modernize, if wishes are cars, beggars would ride. You can only get access to god divine guidance by (1) desire fro it (2) praying and fasting. When it looking like the guidance is not coming forth, back it up with the fasting and praying. Some people would want to marry and they are fed-up. They will now conclude and say “any one that comes my way now I will marry”. Don’t allow devil to you that method to snatch away the one he have for you. Fast and pray earnestly.
Matthew 6: 16 - Darby Bible
And when you go without food, be not sad-faced as the false-hearted are. For they go about with changed looks, so that men may see that they are going without food. Truly I say to you, They have their reward.
TOMORROW I WILL COMPLETE THIS TOPIC ON HOW TO GAIN ACCESS INTO GOD’S DIVINE GUIDANCE (God Leading) PART 2 .
PEACE.
